Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Small Print:

• Voucher is available all week from 1 October until 29 December 2026.

• Voucher is subject to availability, with a limited allocation available each day. We kindly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

• Voucher must be booked by 30 November 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Available on the following dates:
  October 2026: 1, 5-6, 10-13, 19-21, 25-29.
  November 2026: 3-5, 8-12, 15-19, 23-25, 29-30.
  December 2026: 2, 7-9, 14-15, 21-23, 28-29.
  Supplement charge of £20 for Friday and £30 for Saturdays applies; strictly subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with our reservations team.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior £20, Deluxe £30, Kintyre Suite £75, Balmoral Suite £100
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of booking.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and have to be used in a single transaction.
• Dining Off Chefs Specially Selected Dinner Menu (Starter and Main) with supplements available to dine off full A La Carte Menu.
