Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Vouchers are valid from 24 Nov 2025 - until 31 March 2026 - 7 Days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 31 January 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Excludes the following dates:
  November 2025: 28-30
  December 2025: 5-6, 24-31
  January 2026: 1, 29-31
  February 2026: 7, 13-15, 20-21, 25-28
  March 2026: 1, 5-7, 12-15, 20-21, 26-29
• Supplement charge of £20 for Fridays and Saturdays apply; strictly subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with our reservations team.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior £20, deluxe £30, Kintyre suite £100, Balmoral suite £150;
  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of booking.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and have to be used in a single transaction.
